Corey Bowen Construction is an RBQ-licensed contractor building safe, beautiful homes.

Corey’s construction journey began in 2008, followed by carpentry training at CVCEC in Ormstown. Today, Corey Bowen Construction is an RBQ-licensed local general contractor specializing in whole-home renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, custom carpentry and trade coordination. We turn client ideas into carefully planned projects for homeowners in Hudson, Saint-Lazare, Vaudreuil-Dorion, Rigaud, Pincourt, Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot and surrounding West Island communities.

Every project starts with a conversation about how you actually live in the space, followed by a plan, a schedule and one point of contact until the last detail is signed off.

01 / How does a renovation begin?

Every renovation begins with a conversation about your vision, how you use the space, your budget and your timeline. We visit the home, discuss what is realistic and clarify the scope of work. From there we prepare a detailed quote covering materials and labour, review the options with you and adjust the plan together before anything begins. This upfront planning helps avoid surprises later and gives you a clear picture of the schedule, the selections and the investment before construction starts.

02 / Can you coordinate designers and trades?

Yes. As a general contractor, coordinating trades and design partners is a core part of what we do. When a project calls for it, we can suggest interior designers and work alongside architects and engineers, and we schedule the licensed electricians, plumbers, tilers and painters the job requires. Managing everyone under one plan keeps the sequence right, protects quality and means you have a single point of contact rather than chasing separate contractors, which also keeps the timeline and budget easier to track.

03 / Will we receive updates during the work?

Yes. We keep you informed throughout the project with regular updates on progress, the schedule and any changes that come up, so decisions can be made calmly and early. Keeping an efficient, clean and safe job site matters just as much: we use dust barriers, protect floors and finishes, and tidy the work area at the end of each day. Because you live with the results, we treat your home with care from the first day of demolition to the final cleanup.

04 / What areas do you serve?

Corey Bowen Construction is based in the Hudson area and serves homeowners across Hudson, Saint-Lazare, Vaudreuil-Dorion, Rigaud, Pincourt, Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot and the surrounding West Island communities. We regularly take on general contracting, whole-home renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations and custom carpentry throughout these areas. If you are just outside this region and planning a renovation, reach out anyway—depending on the scope and schedule we may still be able to help or point you toward someone who can.

05 / How is pricing handled?

After we understand the scope, we prepare a detailed quote covering both materials and labour, including material pricing, so you can see where the investment goes. We review the scope and available options with you before the build begins. If something changes once work is underway—a new selection or an unexpected condition behind a wall—we discuss it and confirm any adjustment in writing through a change order before proceeding. Our goal is transparent pricing and no surprises on the final invoice.

Our process

A clear journey from the first idea to the final walkthrough.

01 / Before

Plan with clarity.

We start by aligning on your vision, budget and timeline, then define the scope in detail. Together we work through material selections and options, and prepare a clear, itemised quote so you know what to expect. This planning stage sets the direction for the whole project and helps prevent surprises once construction begins.

02 / During

Construction & project management.

With the plan approved, we build the schedule, arrange permits where required and coordinate every licensed trade in the right sequence. You receive regular updates as work progresses, while inspections keep quality on track. Throughout, we protect your home with dust barriers and covered floors and keep the site efficient, clean and safe.

03 / After

Finish for longevity.

As the project wraps up, we complete a detailed walkthrough with you and build a punch list of any final touch-ups. We resolve those finishing details, protect the quality and workmanship, and confirm everything meets the standard we promised—delivering a durable result and a confident, tidy handoff of your finished space.
