One contractor, from the first sketch to the final adjustment.

A kitchen renovation touches almost every trade in the house — carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, paint. When those trades are booked separately, the schedule is the first thing to break.

We coordinate the whole job. One quote, one schedule, one point of contact, and a carpenter's eye on the details that get noticed every day: how a drawer closes, how a reveal lines up, how the tile meets the cabinet.

Corey trained in carpentry at CVCEC in Ormstown, so cabinetry and built-ins are handled in-house rather than subcontracted out and hoped for.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

What drives the cost of a kitchen renovation?

Mainly the layout. Keeping plumbing and electrical where they are costs considerably less than moving them. After that it's cabinetry construction, countertop material, tile complexity and appliance requirements. We quote per project rather than by the square foot.

How long does a kitchen renovation take?

It depends on scope, material lead times and whether structural or service changes are involved. Cabinetry and countertops are usually the longest lead items, so we confirm a realistic schedule in the quote.

Do I need a permit?

It depends on your municipality and whether the work is structural or affects services. We'll tell you what your project needs and handle the process where it applies.

Are you licensed?

Yes. Corey Bowen Construction holds RBQ licence #5730-5286-01 and works with licensed trades for plumbing and electrical.

Which areas do you serve?

Hudson, Saint-Lazare, Vaudreuil-Dorion, Rigaud, Pincourt, Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot and the surrounding West Island. Just outside? Get in touch anyway.
